1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the educational sessions and programmes offered by Everquiet, including the Orientation to Retirement Records, Document Organisation Workshop, and Complete Retirement Information Set.
• "User" / "you" refers to any individual accessing the website or attending a session.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to Everquiet, operating from 5, Jalan Padungan, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak.
• "Content" refers to all text, reference materials, templates, and other materials provided during sessions.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms, which form the complete agreement between you and Everquiet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or attending a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you have their authority to do so.

Continued use of the website or attendance at a session after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Service Description and Scope

Everquiet provides educational information sessions and document organisation support for individuals approaching or in retirement. Our services are conducted in person at our Kuching office and are available to residents of Malaysia.

Important limitation: All sessions are educational in nature. We provide general information about retirement record structures and document organisation only. We do not provide, and nothing in our sessions constitutes, personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. For such matters, participants are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals or the relevant official bodies in Malaysia.

Session availability is subject to scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the session fee.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or attending a session, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
• Attend sessions at the agreed time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts its functioning.
• Not attempt to access systems or data beyond what is made available to you as a user of the public website.
• Treat our staff with courtesy and respect during sessions and all communications.

We reserve the right to decline or end a session where a participant's conduct is disrespectful or where continued participation would be inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and all session materials — including reference sheets, checklists, filing templates, and binders — are the intellectual property of Everquiet or are used with permission. These materials are provided for your personal use in connection with the session attended.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any session materials without our written consent. Personal use of reference sheets and checklists provided during sessions is permitted.

6. Fees and Payment

Session fees are as follows, in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• Orientation to Retirement Records: RM 540
• Document Organisation Workshop: RM 1,980
• Complete Retirement Information Set: RM 4,520

Payment details and timing will be confirmed when your session is arranged. All fees are inclusive of materials provided during the session. No additional charges will be added without prior notification and consent.

Cancellation and refund: If you cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a partial fee being retained to cover preparation costs already incurred. Where we cancel or reschedule a session, a full refund is offered if the rescheduled date does not suit you.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website and in our reference materials is accurate and current, but we do not make any representation or warranty that this is always the case.

We do not make any representation about the outcomes or results that any particular participant will achieve after attending a session. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, the completeness of records available, and actions taken by participants following the session.

Nothing in our sessions or website constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Participants should consult appropriately licensed professionals for guidance on personal financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Everquiet's total liability to any participant in connection with a session or the use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made by participants based on information provided in our sessions. Decisions regarding retirement arrangements remain the responsibility of the participant and, where appropriate, their licensed advisers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall first be addressed through informal discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, with jurisdiction in Sarawak.

10. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Everquiet relating to the subject matter herein.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or booking of a session after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
