A Calmer Way to Approach Your Records
We keep the scope clearly educational so you stay in control of every decision.
Plain Language Throughout
No jargon or confusing terms. Every concept is explained in everyday English so you can follow along without a background in finance.
Strictly Educational Scope
We stay within the bounds of general information and document organisation — never giving personal financial or legal advice. Your decisions remain yours.
Focused on Malaysia
Content and reference materials are specific to Malaysian retirement structures and the relevant official bodies here in Sarawak and across the country.
Practical, Usable Outputs
You leave each session with tangible materials — reference sheets, filing templates, checklists — that remain useful long after our time together.
Your Privacy Respected
We handle your documents with discretion. We do not retain copies of your personal records and operate within Malaysian personal data protection guidelines.
Relaxed Pace, Clear Structure
Sessions are designed to feel manageable rather than overwhelming. We work through information in structured, digestible steps at a pace that suits you.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question not answered here, please feel free to reach out directly.
What exactly does an information session involve?
Each session focuses on helping you understand how retirement records and arrangements are generally structured in Malaysia. We explain where official information can be found, what common terms mean, and how to organise your own documents. We do not make recommendations about your personal finances or act as advisers.
Is this financial advice?
No. Everquiet provides general educational information and document organisation support only. We do not give personal financial advice, and nothing presented in our sessions should be taken as such. For decisions about your pension, withdrawals, or investments, please consult a licensed financial planner or the relevant official body.
How long does a session typically take?
The Orientation to Retirement Records session usually runs between 90 minutes and two hours. The Document Organisation Workshop typically takes a half-day. The Complete Retirement Information Set is a multi-session programme arranged across several appointments to allow you time to gather materials between meetings.
What should I bring to a session?
For the Orientation session, you do not need to bring anything specific — it is primarily an educational overview. For the Document Organisation Workshop, it helps to bring any retirement-related paperwork you already have, such as EPF statements, employer correspondence, or any letters from relevant agencies. We will guide you through sorting and labelling what you have.
What are the session fees and how do I pay?
Session fees are listed clearly on our Solutions page: RM 540 for the Orientation, RM 1,980 for the Document Organisation Workshop, and RM 4,520 for the Complete Retirement Information Set. Payment details and timing are confirmed when your booking is arranged. Please contact us to discuss your preferred option.
Do you keep copies of my documents?
No. We work alongside you during the session but do not retain, copy, or store your personal documents. Your records remain entirely your own. We handle any paperwork you share with us with appropriate care and discretion throughout our time together.
Are sessions conducted in person or online?
Our primary sessions are held in person at our Kuching office, which allows for a more comfortable and hands-on experience, particularly for the Document Organisation Workshop. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
